In this category, I collect a variety of pastries such as knots, buns, phyllo sweets, and many others. Savory or sweet, flaky or fluffy, pick your favorites, and let’s get baking. Some of my favorites are pastries made with poppy seeds, called Pushki, soft as a pillow and have a pleasant crunch from the poppy seeds.
